Scala pentru modificarea postului: Adaptare la limba română

Cercetarea a avut ca scop adaptarea la limba română a Scalei pentru modificarea postului (Job Crafting Scale), bazată pe un model compus din 4 dimensiuni: creșterea resurselor esențiale, minimizarea obstacolelor, creșterea resurselor sociale și creșterea provocărilor (Tims, Bakker, & Derks, 2012b). Chestionarul a fost completat de un eșantion eterogen de 400 de subiecți. Calculele de fidelitate au indicat un nivel bun al coeficienților Cronbach Alfa pentru fiecare dimensiune (între .65 și .79). Validitatea de criteriu a fost evaluată prin utilizarea Scalei Utrecht (UWES-17), a Inventarului Oldenburg, a Scalei pentru Performanță și a Scalei Warwick-Edinburgh pentru starea de bine mentală (WEMWBS). Rezultatele corespund așteptărilor bazate pe Modelul JD-R, modificarea postului (reprezentată de scorul global al scalei) a corelat pozitiv cu implicarea în muncă și performanța, însă nu a existat o corelație semnificativă între modificarea postului și epuizare și starea de bine. Structura factorială a scalei nu a fost confirmată.
