Principii metodologice în evaluarea şi utilizarea probelor psihologice

Inventarul testelor psihologice, precum şi ale altor mijloace de psihodiagnostic cuprinde în prezent instrumente de lucru de ordinul miilor. Totodată, numărul persoanelor care utilizează în activitatea lor profesională teste este destul de însemnat, formaţia lor psihologică fiind însă inegală, uneori redusă la minimum. De aici şi riscul improvizaţiei, al aplicării incorecte a probelor, al utilizării neştiinţifice, chiar a abuzului de teste în absenţa unei informaţii autentice despre valoarea şi limitele fiecărui instrument de lucru.
